If we learn of any inconveniences that may affect your
hotel stay, like pool and fitness center closures,
construction or maintenance, we'll notify you before your
trip. If you'd like to change your accommodations, just let
us know and we'll be happy to help you take care of it.

When you customize your vacation package, you'll also
receive free OrbitzTLC. If your flight is delayed, we'll
personally call you and then, with your permission, call
your hotel to let the front desk know you'll be arriving late.
If your flight is canceled, we'll work with you to rebook
your hotel. It's just another way we look out for you
throughout your trip.*
